This book has found some popularity among people searching for some form of mindfulness. The author Tiddy Rowan gathered lessons that began with her career and a tv commercial producer. Her search for inner peace through mindfulness encouraged her to write a book about mindfulness and the philosophies that surround the practice. It teaches you to release the things you’re holding onto so you can reduce stress.
2. The Headspace Guide to Meditation and Mindfulness
At one point, the author Andy Puddicombe was a Buddhist monk. During his time he learned the different methods of attaining peace for himself. After leaving his position as a monk, he began looking at how people could gain the benefits of mindfulness without having to have a rigorous schedule of meditation and other rituals. The book by Patricia Carroll is another book that looks at achieving mindfulness and peace with just 10 minutes a day. She believes that many great changes can be brought to your life without chanting mantras, and other long-term rituals.

This book appears to have made it to quite a few lists on the internet out there. This book by Jon Kabat-Zinn has been a bestseller for nearly 10 years. This book explains a day-to-day look at how you can incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.
5. The Power of Your Subconscious Mind
Joseph Murphy wrote this book with the intention of inspiring people to find and unlock the potential they have within themselves. It also takes an in-depth look at how using visualizations and affirmations can help you to achieve your goals.
6. Mindfulness For Dummies
Lastly, Practiced by millions of people worldwide, mindfulness puts you back in a healthy relationship with yourself by teaching techniques that allow you to maintain a moment-by-moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and environment.
