Pineapple Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

A healthy, delicious treat that is perfect for breakfast, as a light lunch or anytime snack.

2 frozen bananas, cut into slices
2 c. frozen raspberries
1 c. pineapple, fresh or frozen
1 t. vanilla extract
½ c. almond milk
2 T. Greek yogurt, for serving
3 T. coconut flakes, for serving
Extra raspberries, for serving

Step by Step Instructions

Directions:

    1. Add bananas, raspberries, pineapple, vanilla, and almond milk to a food processor and blend until completely smooth and creamy. You may need to stop the motor and scrape down the sides a couple of times.
    2. Divide the thick smoothie between 2 bowls and top with yogurt, coconut flakes, raspberries, and any additional toppings of choice. Enjoy!
