You may have heard of the pillars of health, including diet, exercise, and sleep. These are frequently mentioned together when talking about how to improve your health because of how connected they are. Each is linked to each other, meaning for the best healthy mind and body, you need to focus on a good balance of all of them
Sleep
People often forget about the importance of sleep, not realizing that lack of sleep is most likely linked to many health issues. If you go too long without proper sleep, it can possibly increase your risk of developing cardiovascular diseases like heart disease, and also increase your risk of stroke.
Aside from that, poor sleep habits can also be closely linked to higher body weight and poor eating habits. If you find that all you crave is junk food, and you nap often during the day, but can’t sleep at night, that is probably because you are not nourishing your body in the right way. This will reduce how much exercise you get and probably end up causing you to gain weight, which comes with its own set of health problems.

EXERCISE
Exercise can improve your health in a number of ways. First, it can help to boost your cardiovascular health, helping to protect your heart and lower your blood pressure. It can also provide you with more energy throughout the day. If you participate in exercise earlier in the day, it can give you a boost of natural energy and help you feel more motivated. On the other hand, if you choose to exercise in the afternoon or evening, you might notice that it helps you to sleep better.
This is in addition to having a fitter, stronger, and often leaner body with regular exercise. The best thing about it is that you don’t need to do high-impact fitness or heavy lifting just to get in a good workout. Exercise in whatever way you enjoy the most.

And of course, diet also improves your health. This doesn’t mean choose a trendy, restrictive diet. Instead, put all the focus on nutrition and balance. What can you add to your meals to give you more vitamins and minerals? What nutrients do you feel like you are lacking? Do you need more protein to help with your increase in workouts? What diet-related issues do you have right now?
With a healthy diet, you feel better, sleep better, and can even complete your workouts more effectively as well.
